What we collect

• Registration info — your name, email, phone (optional), and if you give it: credential, license number, license state, practice name, dietary restrictions. You give us this when you register for a workshop.
• Payment info — handled entirely by our secure payment processor. We never see your card number; we only see the record of "this registration was paid."
• Analytics — anonymous pageview data via Vercel Analytics, and (if enabled) Meta Pixel events for ad attribution. No personal data is sent to either except the email/IP hashed for the payment "Purchase" conversion event.
• Ad attribution cookies — when you arrive from a tagged link (e.g. an Instagram ad), we set a 30-day cookie called utm so we know which ad credited the registration.

Why

• To deliver the workshop you paid for.
• To send you the confirmation, calendar invite, and post-event review request.
• To know which marketing actually works so we can stop wasting money on the parts that don't.

Sharing

We share data only with the third parties strictly needed to operate the workshop: our secure payment processor (payments), Supabase (database), Loops (email), Vercel (hosting + analytics), and Meta (ad-attribution events). None of them resell your data; all are bound by their own privacy terms. We never sell your data.

Retention

We keep registration records for accounting + CE-record purposes (7 years typical). You can ask us to delete your row sooner — email us and we will, except where law requires us to retain it.

Your choices

• You can clear the utm cookie any time by clearing your browser cookies.
• You can opt out of marketing email by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email we send.
• You can request a copy or deletion of your data: littlesmileslearninginstitute@gmail.com.
