What you're paying for

A registered seat at a specific workshop on a specific date. The workshop includes a full day of hands-on training, materials, lunch, written take-home protocols, and a CE attendance certificate. Specifics are listed on each event page.

Refunds & cancellations

See our refund policy. We reserve the right to cancel a workshop for low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances; full refunds are issued in those cases.

CE credit

We issue a certificate of attendance with the hours you completed. Acceptance toward your specific state or provincial board's CE requirement is your responsibility to verify with that board. We can't guarantee acceptance.

Photo & video at workshops

We may take photos or short video at the workshop for marketing use. If you'd rather not be photographed, tell us at check-in and we'll keep you out of frame.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, unless you're based in another jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection law applies.
