Cancellation & refund policy

If we reschedule or cancel

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any course at our discretion at any time. If we cancel a course, you are entitled to a full refund of any pre-paid course fees. If a course is rescheduled, pre-paid course fees are refundable on written request. No other obligations or compensation apply.

If you need to cancel

To cancel your attendance, contact us in writing at the email below. Cancellations made at least 30 days before the workshop start date are eligible for a refund of pre-paid course fees, minus any non-refundable payment service fees.

For cancellations within 30 days of the start date, please contact us. We'll do our best to transfer your seat to a future workshop or to a colleague.
